Tip: Consider leaving up-to bids as email bids are often outbid before they are placed.

Mailed bids must be received by 11am EST on the day BEFORE the auction deadline.

BIDDING UPDATES

ON THE FINAL DAY OF THE AUCTION, CHECK OUR WEBSITE FOR UPDATES.

WE WILL POST CURRENT BIDS FREQUENTLY AFTER 12 PM.

AUCTION ENDING

The unofficial end of the auction is at 8:00 pm EST on each final deadline day of the auction.

After 8 p.m. the bidding will continue until 10 minutes passes without a bid on any lot in that day’s section.

All lots in the auction are active until the phone is shut off.

So, as long as there is a busy signal, the auction is still going on at a frantic pace.

Sometimes an auction can last until 11 pm or later! After 8 pm we will be limiting calls to 2 minutes each.

BUYER’S PREMIUM

There is a 10% buyer’s premium in our auctions.

UP-TO-BIDS or MAXIMUM BIDDING

If you wish to leave us a maximum bid, on a particular item, we will bid up to, but not beyond your maximum bid on your behalf. A courtesy callback is available, by request only, on items over $500. We will do our very best to notify you if your bid has been topped, as it is in our best interest to do so. Please be sure to give us all your phone numbers where you will be that night.
